Savoy’s service is very slow. Check in time is 3pm. You show up at 3pm, the line up is insane. It took me 2hours to be checked in and be given a room key. They give the service very “personalized” making irrelevant conversation with guest but infact, slowing down the check in process. Same thing at the check out. 12nn line up to check out is longer than you can imagine. I don’t think I would stay here again.

"The room had ants and mosquitoes had no toilet seat very noisy out side due to traffic and no tiles on wall in bathroom. The fridge was to small the cupboard was broken the table was to small as well. And for a deluxe room no way."
