"This place was just ok for a hotel in India. It’s so far up a mountain that access to outside food and drivers are slim, so you are at the hotel’s mercy for pretty much anything. The balcony was nice and so was the view. No ac in this hotel, and no mosquito nets. There was a really old plug in fan in the room though and it didn’t really fit well with the rest of the room. "The Blanket Hotel is an oasis, we stayed for 3 nights and every part of our time here was fabulous, however, the hotel team are the highlight, nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are large and have everything you need, they are also impeccably clean. The restaurant is also great, the food is varied and very fresh. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and we wandered to the nearby village stopping for a lime soda with the lovely lady who runs a small cafe near the bridge. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to friends and family. "
