"Massive thank you to the man who allowed me to check in super early after my 5:45am flight, and for storing my luggage in your staff office when I went to the spa (you really are an angel). Exceptional breakfast (croissants, breads, jams, hams, cheeses, porridge/muesli, eggs, fruit and so much more).
Lovely spacious room. The bed lights were a little strange - came on sporadically but that was a little blip.
Hotel surroundings is quiet as it's about 15 min walk from Central Cologne station but as a woman, I didn't necessarily feel comfortable walking back to the hotel at night on my own. It was thankfully okay but most likely better in the summer months when it's not dark around 6pm.
Loved the 24/7 bar/shop where you can pay as you go for items. Thank you all, but especially to the young man on the morning shift of 14 Nov and 17 Nov.
Highlight - the spa, and only 4eu!!! Day made!"
