Peach Valley Vista - Sunset Views, Orchards & Wine Country Escape
Welcome to Peach Valley Vista, a newly built Southwest-inspired retreat nestled on a 13-acre working peach and apricot orchard overlooking the heart of Palisade. Perched above the Tilman Bishop Wildlife Area, this peaceful hillside escape offers a rare combination of sweeping views, privacy, and authentic Colorado charm. From the expansive patio, take in some of the most breathtaking scenery on the Western Slope, from Riverbend Park and the town of Palisade below to the iconic landscapes of the Grand Mesa, Mt. Garfield, and the Colorado National Monument. With its elevated setting and wide-open surroundings, Peach Valley Vista offers a front-row seat to spectacular sunsets, star-filled skies, and the ever-changing beauty of the Grand Valley. The thoughtfully designed new home features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for families, couples, or friends traveling together. The open kitchen, dining, and living areas create a welcoming space to gather, while the expansive patio extends your living space outdoors with comfortable seating, dining, and panoramic views in every direction. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee, sharing a meal, or watching the sunset over the valley with a glass of local wine, Peach Valley Vista invites you to relax, reconnect, and savor the beauty of Colorado wine country. Surrounded by producing peach and apricot orchards, Peach Valley Vista offers guests a genuine taste of life in Colorado’s renowned fruit-growing region. Depending on the season, experience the beauty of spring blossoms, the lush summer orchard, and the excitement of harvest. As with any working orchard, you may occasionally see or hear routine agricultural activities that are part of maintaining this beautiful landscape. Located just minutes from downtown Palisade, Peach Valley Vista provides easy access to award-winning wineries, tasting rooms, restaurants, cafés, breweries, distilleries, art galleries, farm stands, and local shops. The home is also near the Fruit & Wine Byway, making it easy to explore the area’s vineyards, orchards, and scenic country roads by car or bicycle. Outdoor adventures are right outside your door. Enjoy floating the Colorado River, hiking the Palisade Rim Trail, mountain biking the Palisade Plunge, exploring the Colorado National Monument, or spending a day on the Grand Mesa with its hundreds of alpine lakes and miles of trails. Nearby Riverbend Park hosts some of Palisade’s most popular events, including the Colorado Mountain Winefest, Peach Festival, concerts, and community gatherings. Peach Valley Vista is an ideal home base for exploring Western Colorado, with Grand Junction just minutes away and easy access to destinations including the Grand Mesa, Powderhorn Mountain Resort, Ouray, and Moab. Guests have private use of Peach Valley Vista and its thoughtfully designed outdoor living spaces, including the expansive patio overlooking the orchard and Grand Valley. The surrounding peach and apricot orchard is an active agricultural property and remain reserved for orchard operations and maintenance throughout the year. Please Note: Working Orchard Experience Peach Valley Vista is located on an active, producing peach and apricot orchard, and the seasonal rhythm of orchard life is part of what makes this property unique. Depending on the time of year, guests may see or hear routine agricultural activities such as mowing, irrigation, tree thinning, equipment maintenance, spraying, or harvest operations. Like all commercial orchards, approved agricultural products are used when necessary to maintain healthy trees and support a successful harvest. These practices follow standard orchard management procedures and are carefully managed to maintain the health of the orchard while preserving the beauty of the surrounding landscape. We invite guests to embrace the authentic experience of staying on a working Western Colorado orchard, from fragrant spring blossoms and summer fruit to the seasonal activities that make this landscape so special.
