Vi var to dager i Palermo. En morsom og trivelig by som vi gjerne reiser tilbake til. Vi satte spesielt pris på at hotellet lå helt sentralt i byen. Bra standard i forhold til pris.

Localisation de l'hotel parfaite. Personnel très aimable, attentif et serviable. Propreté de la chambre parfaite. Confort correct. Petit déjeuner minimaliste mais bien pour les touristes avides d'utiliser lieur temps en visites.

Très bon emplacement

Accueil en français excellent par Sabrina, disponible et souriante. Cependant, c'est la seule personne qui parle français ou anglais dans l'hôtel, le reste du personnel s'exprime uniquement en italien. Chambre confortable mais sans double vitrage, il peut y avoir du bruit en fonction des personnes présentes dans la rue mais dans l'ensemble calme car c'est une voie sans issue avec parking payant. Climatisation et Tv, sèche cheveux dans la salle de bains. Petit déjeuner indigne d'un hôtel, nous avons du réclamer à manger le premier jour car il nous a été servi un thé minuscule dans une tasse à café sans complément d'eau et un café serré à l'extrême. Finalement nous avons eu un croissant en sachet. Un conseil mieux vaut pendre l'option du studio qui comprend une kitchenette et acheter de quoi se préparer un bon petit déjeuner en achetant des croissants et autres dans les excellentes pâtisseries de Palerme

la camera dava su un terrazzino dove erano ricoverati detersivi e materiali, per cui se qualche operatore dell hotel doveva recuperare qualcosa ci passava praticamente in camera.Non si può dare una stanza così. ma l errore è stato nostro, avremmo dovuto andarcene!

Grazioso e accogliente

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Accoglienti alla reception, camere dotate di tutto il comfort. Pulito nel vero senso della parola. E poi accolgono gli animali domestici. Solo questo vale 100.000 punti!

si vous cherchez un hôtel à deux pas du centre ville c'est très bien par contre si vous souhaitez un hôtel calme pour vous reposer : passer votre chemin ! L'ensemble est propre et le personnel sympathique, mais le service et le confort sont conforme au prix !

Tutto OK solo su prenotazione expedia.

La prenotazione tramite expedia e' stata come sempre soddisfacente. Le camere abbastanza pulite anche se di arredo povero e il ceck in pomeridiano un po scomodo, sopratutto dopo un viaggio. Qualità/ prezzo ci sta anche ma se si e' in macchina si viene rapinati dal parcheggio a pagamento,19€ una giornata e a quel punto la qualità/ prezzo decade. Da non prenotare mai direttamente con l'albergatore perché da esperienza si sono comportati in modo scorretto e poco professionale, annullando la nostra prenotazione all'ultimo ( per varie loro problematiche), tamponando in una soluzione senza bagno in camera. (Omertandolo!!!). Se avessimo saldato in anticipo cosa sarebbe successo?! Siamo convinti che non le offerte proposte da expedia con pochi euro in più (10€) si possa avere molto di più. Sperimentato!!!

Nice centrally located budget hotel

The hotel is a 5 minutes walk from piazza Politeama and Teatro Massimo. you can't be more centered than that. The rooms were clean and the personel really nice. You get what you pay for. I'll definitely go back to that hotel.
