We had a great stay at Casa Nostra. It was in a good location and the breakfast was excellent. The elevator wasn't working on floor 0 which required a walk up a steep and somewhat uneven staircase. The room was very nice, although the bathroom needed some upkeep. We could never figure out how to turn out the lights in the shower and had to ask to have the room serviced. The staff were very nice and helpful to us when asked.

This was a beautiful hotel with super helpful staff. The bedding and pillows were luxurious. The rooms were artistically decorated. I loved the courtyard where we had a delicious breakfast with attentive staff. I would not hesitate to recommend to all my friends.

We stayed 2 nights at Casa Nostra. It has a cool vibe and is very nicely renovated, near Capo market. The staff, including the two Andrea's who manage the front desk, and the restaurant manager were delightful and helpful. We had a few issues with our room on check-in, and were upgraded to another room. Comfortable large bed, and nice big bathroom. Tea and coffee making facility in the room was much appreciated. There is paid parking nearby, but not open all day on Sundays. We managed, with the assistance of the front desk, to find a spot outside the hotel fortunately! It is easily walkable to most of the key sites in Palermo. The breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of choice, and very high quality. We didn't get a chance to eat at the hotel restaurant, but imagine the standard of food to be equally as high. Grazie mille Casa Nostra, for a really enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This is what you could expect of a boutique hotel; minimalist and major attention to details. The spaces are curated to fill your eyes with the unbeatable Italian sense of aesthetics. If beauty can bring pleasure and you don’t like big hotel crowds this place is for you. Location is easy access to historical sites of Palermo. The one hiccup we had: our room 305 on top floor had high cealings and the AC was not really cooling the space as it should for the heat of End of July in Sicily. We kept bathroom door closed to maximize the cooling of the bedroom and for one night it was comfortable. Now the staff : a little bit of the Sicilian attitude on the front desk but than you meet Surina at breakfast and she goes above and beyond to make you happy in her hotel. Any problem there, ask her name! She’s going to make sure you’ll have a memorable stay in Palermo!

Awful Sewer smell - worst experience -do not book

Worst experience - do not book. We made the mistake of booking “luxury suites” for over $400 /night. When we arrived, the first night, we got forced into this attic like room with tiny stairs to get to the bedroom. The worst was the bathroom which had a horrendous sewer drainage smell that came into the bedroom, as there was no door for the bathroom. We had to sleep with our N95 masks on but still threw up twice with the waves of awful sewer smell. When we checked out, the manager, Vincenzo agreed to a partial refund, but couldn't do it there - due to hotels.com. Hotels.com called him on our behalf, and he flat out lied and refused it. Horrible experience and unethical.

Struttura meravigliosa nel cuore di Palermo, nuova e arredata con arredi di design. Colazione ottima, diversificata e con prodotti legati al territorio. Piscina piccola ma utilissima per contrastare le giornate caldissime, e dare un po' di refrigerio. Unica pecca, aver dovuto cambiare 2 camere in due giorni, perché avevamo prenotato una camera con balcone, e ci è stata invece data una camera di livello inferiore, comunicandoci che non era disponibile quella con balcone, facendo passare la questione come una cosa normale. A seguito delle mie lamentele, ci è stata data una stanza con balcone (abbiamo dovuto spostare noi i bagagli nella nuova camera). Il secondo giorno, malgrado il personale ci avesse visto fare colazione, hanno inspiegabilmente atteso che uscissimo dalla struttura, per poi richiamarci e farci rientrare per cambiare nuovamente camera. Davvero un peccato, perché questa cosa ha segnato un po' tutto il soggiorno in questa struttura. Non la consiglio.

Hotel très jolie et à taille humaine. Chambre joliment décoré et propre. Super bien situé pour visiter Palerme, on peut difficilement mieux faire. Points négatifs : - Il ne s'agit pas d'une piscine mais d'un mini spa - Le petit déjeuné n'est pas génial et pas très varié, peut mieux faire - Certaines personnes de l'hotel sont moins agréables que d'autres Je recommande quand même cet hotel :)
