Very Modern clean room and bath. Spacious with separate kitchen. Clean beddings and bath amenities. Good AC. Balcony. Lyft. The staff is very helpful in direction & tours, airport transfers. 6 to 8 min. easy walk to restaurants, Hop On #1 stop, shopping, theaters and tours meeting point. Secured neighborhood even at night. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a great property for a city stay of two nights. The blackout blinds made sleeping a dream and the bathtub was great after long days walking around Palermo. We found some great restaurants close by including Locale.

A fifth floor room with a double comfy bed with a balcony !Very central location with easy transport around the city.Lots of blocked off streets for ambling to the sights and markets.Good friendly staff.I would stay there again.

Nice clean room. Good location. There is a lot of noise from neighbors so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Service was great and they were very responsive when communicating with Whatsapp. The paid hotel parking was convenient to use and secure. I would recommend to use this hotel.

It was a clean and safe building. The parking is very tight so be cautious with what vehicle you bring. Michele is very kind and helpful with places to eat and things to see. The building isn’t super soundproof but that is run of the mill in Italy. Our only complaint was they only give fresh towels every 3 days, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Excellent locat

Very pleased with the room decor, services and hotel location. It was noisy from work on adjacent rooms and no sound proof so could clearly hear voices of others. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay in Palermo.

The staff, especially Sarah, was very welcoming. This is a good value and good location to all the major attractions in the city center. My room the 1st night was on the street sidewhich was noisy for me but when i connected Michelle he changed my room and all was well. They also helped me with transport to some attractions outside the city Centre. Overall very good 6 nights at this b&b.

Amazing location and amazing hospitality. AC was good. Facility is clean. Great cappuccino for in the morning which are served. rooms cleaned every day with new towels. Michael was very accommodating and reached out to me the day before check in. Only criticism is that the shower pressure in the room can be increased - maybe just a thing in that one room Highly recommend

QS was very comfortable. Palermo is very interesting & historic, but also rundown & very dirty. We didn’t expect so many abandoned buildings. The hotel was in a great location but the general area was a bit run down. Typical. Would stay again.

Really lovely and a very good location. We set up Easy Park App to pay for parking, the room was large and clean, the breakfast included was wonderful and Evan was a stellar host. Their restaurant for dinner , Historico, was delicious. We would definitely recommend staying here.
