Fantastic stay in the heart of historic Palermo! Beautiful and clean apartment with a really nice shower. Bed is comfortable. Host is extremely responsive via WhatsApp.

Superb location - so many things to explore right on the door step but also quiet enough away from the crowds. Hosts were very responsive and accessing the apt was very easy. The lift was a real bonus as well. The only downside is the matress - really not the best if youre a light sleeper. It's very springy and you feel every movement that the person next to you makes.

The apartment was exceptional as was the host. The area was central for all the sites. On arrival you will be staying where there is a high level of street art which is throughout Palermo. You walk through a central lobby which appears to be a warehouse! Once inside just stunning. The restaurant below is excellent too and the harbour is very near. Great location

Wonderful apartment with designer touches. Well maintained and in a very quiet location close to Quattro Canti which is the center of Palermo. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Palermo. Grazie to the owner.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! ✨ Everything was perfect — the place is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was truly amazing — welcoming, attentive, and always available to help with any questions. We felt very well taken care of from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Great location, close to everything. Apartment was well maintained, the only down side was the water pressure in the shower, no pressure at all. Other than that I would recommend this place. Free parking space with in walking distance. Host very responsive and helpful.

The building is gorgeous and the room was nice. The bed was horrible - very uncomfortable, especially for 2 adults. The walls between the room and kitchen area were very thin and you could hear conversations easily, and this was a privacy issue for us. In addition, the room is directly above a VERY busy restaurant and they are busy well after midnight and then they stay and put all of the tables and chairs away. The area was not quiet until well after 3 AM. All that being said, we enjoyed the location and the area is beautiful. The coffee in the morning was a bonus. The hosts were very nice.

Fellow travellers, an absolutely fabulous experience, from the authentic setting, fully renovated and comfortable room and amneties, I travelled to Palermo alone and could not have asked for better. Accomodating to my needs, organized and communicative, elevator on site, for those who travel with suitcases (yay!) and a fantastic gourmet pizzeria right below. Comfortably walking distances to mercato Ballarò and other great sites. All around MERAVIGLIOSO. 🇧🇹 ❤️ 🇮🇹

The room and bathroom are spacious. It shares a common entryway and kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker, mini-fridge, dining counter w stools) with the room next to it. It’s on the third floor, so a functional elevator was appreciated. There are many restaurants & sites within walking. The Catedrale is about 15-20 minutes walking. The area is busy but the street noise was not too loud. We took a train from the airport to Palermo Centrale station, which is a 10-minute walk. Driving or even parking a car not recommended in this area. We took the train back to the airport to rent a car there for the rest of our trip around Sicily.

We stayed in May 2025 for just over a week and had the upstairs suite, which included a private kitchen and bathroom. This place was perfect to stay at to be able to walk to everything in the city of Palermo. We only walked and used public transit during our stay and found that our destinations or a bus stop was always close by. The night life is busy and exciting just around the block, with restaurants, bars and music at night. The place had great working air conditioning. Bed was pretty hard but we slept great anyways. Not a lot of toilet paper or shampoo for a long stay but we walked 5 mins to a local grocery store to stock up. Rosario was so amazing and helpful during our stay, giving us recommendations and helping us out when needed. He was always reachable by WhatsApp and we really appreciated that. This was the perfect affordable place to be in the heart of Palermo and get a truly authentic, on-the-ground experience of Sicily’s bustling city. Loved it and would definitely come back!

The room is very good. The shower room is absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean, roomy and comfortable. There is room in the shared efficiency fridge for a small amount of food. There is a microwave and table seating for 2. Our room had a balcony overlooking a popular restaurant (the food there was very good too!) There is a large grocery store 2 blocks away. It is within easy walking distance to many sites in the area, but you can also take the bus or a free shuttle - the stop is right in front of the building. The best part was Rosario himself. He was very attentive and kind. He helped us secure a taxi to the airport and checked to make sure we arrived safely. We were very pleased.

Lovely little stay in this property for 4 nights. The hosts were amazing, providing a bottle of fizz & Cannoli’s upon request for a special birthday, and also our transfer back to the airport for an early morning flight. Would absolutely recommend, thank you for a lovely stay.

Wir waren für drei Nächte zu zweit in der Comfort Studio Suite. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und sehr großzügig. Insbesondere war die Küche gut bestückt (Kaffee, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl) und ausgestattet. Leider ist recht deutlich zu hören und es fällt viel Licht in die Wohnung, wenn die Gäste in den anderen Zimmern bei Nacht nach Hause kommen und Licht im Eingangsraum anmachen - es wurde leider des öfteren auch nicht wieder ausgemacht. Wer im Dunkeln schlafen möchte, sollte ein anderes Zimmer wählen.

El acceso es un poco escondido, pero tiene ascensor y todo está impecable. Está en un 3° piso, rn pleno centro de Kalsa, con muchos bares y restaurantes. Sin embargo no se escucha ningún ruido.

Das Zimmer hat eine super Lage und ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Zudem ist eine gemeinsame Küche mit Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann ihn jederzeit erreichen.

Perfekt boende i Palermo

Perfekt boende i Palermo. Vi bodde i suiten, välutrustad, rymlig, mitt i stan. Rent och trivsam. Vi hade inte kunnat bo bättre. Giusy och hennes man har varit tillgängliga och hjälpsamma när det behövdes ocg under hela vistelsen med en exceptionelt vänlighet. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
