"We had a lovely room, comfortable bed, great shower and helpful staff, but completely ruined by mechanical noises all night ruining sleep. In an effort to help we were moved to a neighbouring hotel - but had a small internal room with no external window, nowhere to sit comfortably, and no natural light. "
