"I stayed at Dell'Artista for eight days, the entire duration of my stay was pleasant. The view is extraordinary, the people in tne village were all nice. Everything is clean and well kept. "
"This is the second time I've stayed here and everything about this place is fantastic. The staff, the rooms, the food and the owner. I would highly recommend this resort for your stay in Tivoli "
"Very nice and clean. Well set up, but harder to get up to room as it was on second floor and a lot of steps. Other than that everything was great. Management was warm and professional"
"Great B&B to walk through old Tivoli & enjoy the city. Felipo was a great host and hearing about the family history with the house was special. And Sibilla, the restaurant he recommended (and called to reserve a table for us) was amazing!!! Also, the rooftop terrace was awesome. Definively hope to visit again. "

"We met the gardener on arrival who showed us the best he could, as we didn’t speak Italian, the key features of the house. The location was perfect, rural not touristy and peaceful. The house was large, pool looked great and grounds extensive.Unfortunately the house was dirty, the kitchen lacked many items and what equipment was there was poor. I had to go out and buy Wine Glasses (in Italy!), there were no scissors for example and only 1 tray in the oven with no shelves. There were electrical sockets hanging out of the walls which have been evidently for a number of years looking at the reviews of which some didn’t actually work and it was so hot at night, the fans provided were inadequate so we had to go out and spend our own money on fans that actually did the job and left them. The pool area was great but there were only 4 cheap sun loungers for a family of 8 of which 3 of them the legs kept collapsing. During the 3 week stay the cleaner would come once a week to change the beds and would literally wipe over the bathrooms and mop the floors upstairs but there was still hair & debris all over the house. On booking the villa I believed I was paying in whole for the property. Upon arrival we were short of bedding, when I enquired with the owner he said he wasn’t a hotel and billed me for the extra (so called) cleaning and bedding. He hadn’t read the list of names he’d asked me to send. For what it cost I expect 5 stars not 3 and I won’t be using this site again"
Luxury Country House near Rome - Villa Luxury Around Rome
10/10 Excellent
"Marco‘s property or second to none! The wonderful Dr. up the laneway to the roundabout in front of the most stunning house. The wonderful porch. Leads into the house to magnificent living area. The four bedrooms upstairs or ideally located in the house was always a wonderful temperature with great air conditioning available when needed! The outside grounds and of course the pool are stunning. The staff to help look after the house could not have been better. They made sure the pool was ready each day that the grounds were immaculate and the house maintained to exquisite detail. Not only do we all firmly recommend but we look forward to spending another vacation at the property in 2026. "
