"The accommodation definitely looks cosier in the photos. There was no window in the room and the reception area (no personal host) also had a strange feel to it. There is a supermarket across the road but other than that the area has nothing to offer. So I would only book if I needed a night just to sleep."

The rooms were slightly difficult to access (main door, multiple gates, elevator, apartment door, then room door). This was the only downside. The staff were very friendly and responsive, the rooms were clean and looked like the pictures, and the location was great. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Roma Termini train station, the Santa Maria Maggiore
