"Right in the center of old town this hotel is perfectly located. The room was spacious with my own private balcony. As with all older buildings there is a walk up to the first floor then an elevator to the rooms. Staff were very helpful."

"Front desk, bar, and dinner staff were professional, friendly, helpful, and very service-oriented. Only exception was breakfast...a bit of a hectic and crowded food and coffee self-service arrangement with - no obvious line or natural flow so it easily devolves into a mishmash of people going down the tables in different directions, etc. Not a huge deal, but friendly and helpful staff could've eased the human traffic jams and created a pleasant vibe. Instead, their demeanor was sullen - sort of seemed unhappy to be there. When I asked one of them for help because the espresso machine needed emptying of the bin, she seemed annoyed but took care of it right away. Definitely uncharacteristic of the overall experience we enjoyed at the hotel. Comfortable beds and linens, great location for shopping, dining, and walking to the funicular to go up to the Alta Citta. A really great stay."

"Great hotel and lovely friendly staff. Nice room, good breakfast, excellent dinner. Close to train station, less than 10 minute walk. 20 minutes walk to funicular up to old town. Lots of good restaurants nearby. For a 3 star it was good."

"From arrival the staff were so kind and helpful, going out of their way to assist us, including organising parking and booking us a table at the great pizza place next door. There were incredible croissants at breakfast and the room was perfect."

"Hotel and room were clean overal. Good location. Staff was quiet and a bit reserved, not overly friendly. Not unfriendly but not overly welcoming. The duplex room is a no-go; no view whatsoever, upper part of the room too hot and AC could not handle. Bed very comfortable. Elevator too slow every time. Nice esthetics overall, good location, but that’s it."

"Modern and clean hotel, however we unfortunately encountered many issues. Booked a standard room, but only twin beds available. Room only had 1 set of towels. Shower temperature was barely warm and didn’t get hot. Early wake up from gardening team right outside our window with loud equipment. Electric power outage at 11am as we were checking out, with no emergency lightning in staircase."
