The only issue was arriving to a room full of mosquitoes, and we woke up with a bunch of bites despite keeping the windows and door closed. Need to arrange shuttle time when you check in (especially if early am flight) and there is a E$15 charge but very convenient compared to walking to tram or finding a taxi.

"The hotel is 5 minute walk to the tram system that took us into Florence. It had underground parking that was quite safe. The staff was over and beyond helpful. We arrived late check in, was out late one night, and the overnight staff was the most delightful man to chat with. He was like a long lost friend. My wife and I had such a great time chatting with him. The breakfast was worth the addition to buy. It was a good place to stay."
"Its a lovely hotel. Only hotel that gave me complimentary water. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Staff attended to me promptly. Rooms are neat and big and the ambience is very welcoming. Only issue is the distance. Its located along the highway on the outskirts of town. I cant say its worth the distance (1hr 30mins from town) but its a lovely hotel"
