Appartement très bien équipé au bord de la plage

Appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel, directement situé sur la plage. Clim dans les chambres, toit terrasse partagé, accès direct à la plage, place de parking réservé. L’emplacement est à l’écart du centre ville (1,2km), mais une boulangerie très pratique se situe juste en face. Berengère est une super hôte très accueillante !

Wir waren 2015 schon mal da. Jetzt gibt es 2 vollwertige Schlafzimmer mit Bad und WC. Es ist alles vor Ort, es steht einem nächsten Familienurlaub nichts im Weg.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours, 4 nuits dans le logement de Bérengère. Avant le départ: contact par texto et mail. Bérengère était très agréable et accessible (réponse en moins de 24h). L'arrivée: nous sommes arrivés à 22h le jeudi soir. Nous avons été accueilli par Bérengère très souriante et agréable. Elle nous a montré le logement, et nous a donné un document indiquant comment utiliser l'électroménager de l'appartement. Quelque tablettes pour le lave vaisselle, quelque capsules pour la nespresso, une bonne bouteille de rouge de la région, bref accueil au top. - Le séjour: le logement était propre et spacieux. Il était très agréable d'avoir 2 salles bain / WC indépendant pour chaque chambre. La terrasse: magnifique vu sur la plage et la mer. Même si ca peut paraitre inhabituel de partager sa terrasse avec d'autre, on s'y habitue et chacun reste à sa place. Pas de soucis. Nous avons pu rester tardivement sur la terrasse à discuter et écouter (doucement) de la musique sans déranger les voisins. Les clims dans chaque chambre est un + non négligeable car l'appartement est très chaud en pleine saison. Un peu de bruit en début de soirée dans les chambres du au camping très proche mais les nuits sont calmes (en même temps on se couche rarement avant 23-00h en vacance ^^) Petit bémol mais c'est plus "personnel": le lit de la chambre (chambre avec un lit unique, l'autre les garcons ne m'ont rien dit) est dur et petit pour dormir à 2. et n'oubliez pas que dans cette chambre, pas de porte pour la salle de bain, elle est completement ouverte sur la chambre. - Situation: l'appart est super bien situé. Juste en bas: journaux, tabac, snack, boulangerie. à 5min à pied une pharmacie et à 15min le centre ville de Palavas. La plage juste en dessous de l'appartement est surveillé, pas trop bondé pour la saison, par contre pas très propre (nous avons préféré allé au plage de la Grande Motte) Au cours du séjour, nous avons demandé des conseils pour des restos à Bérengère qui nous à tout de suite répondu. - Le départ: 11h30 le lundi, nous avons pu voir Bérengère ainsi que la personne responsable de l'entretien. signature de l'état des lieux, nous sommes parti le sourire aux lèvres ayant passé un agréable séjour. Je conseille ce logement pour un weekend entre ami, ou en famille.

Locaux propres, supercomplets (il y avait vraiement TOUT), proprietaire sympa et cool. Terrasse ENORME, (environ 15m x 8m). On a passé un séjour très agréable, même avec des gamins en bas âge (la clim dans les chambres aide énormément). À repeter.

Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour. Appartement très confortable et agréable ou nous nous sommes sentis "chez-nous ". Vue de la terrasse magnifique Le seul bémol la distance pour aller au centre-ville à pieds si vous n'êtes pas très marcheurs ! Pas gênant pour nous. La propriétaire est très sympa et accueillante. Avons bcp apprécié la petite attention à notre arrivée. A refaire sans hésitation !

Idyllique!

Situé en 1ère ligne, cette location est idéale pour une famille avec enfants. On descend de deux étages et nous sommes allongés sur le sable et les pieds dans l'eau. Appartement de standing, propre et très bien entretenu, la propriétaire des lieux nous a bien accueilli et donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour. La vue de la terrasse sur la Méditerranée est somptueuse. Le centre-ville est à 15 minutes à pied. Les restaurants, casino, activités et attractions sont accessibles sur place. Nous conseillons vivement cette location. A réserver les yeux fermés.
