"This is a great boutique hotel very convenient to downtown so you can walk to the store. The room was extremely clean and cozy. The staff were always extremely helpful. The breakfast was amazing lots of variety and they make any style egg that you would like. Splurge on the view it’s totally worth it. The gift shop right next to the hotel is 10/10 and this is also where you can book massages. We had two while we were there and they were both amazing!!"

"設備などは新しいので問題なし。しかし、チェックインも遅くて、クレジットカード決済もミスするわ、カードキーも2枚中1枚は使えないし。アメニティも用意されておらず、電話しないと持って来ない。5 日間中歯ブラシも交換ないので、連絡しようとしたが、受付と話しする事自体がストレスなので歯磨き粉は自前のものを使った。外出時の用意されるはずのタオルがなくて、用意するのに時間がかかる。毎日何かしらの待ちや二度手間ばかり。日本人からしたらストレスだらけのサービス内容。チェックインの時に遅いと意見を書いたところ、間違いがあってはダメなので時間を頂いています、と返信が来たが、そちらが遅くて間違えてるからこちらが言ってるのだ、と言うことが理解出来ていないのだろうか？甚だ疑問のホテルであった。"
