"Housekeeping service was inconsistent. Making a bed with dirty sheets and finishing is something blow my mind. Also, VAT is pay during check-in but not configure in the price during the booking. Location is better than expected."

"Este hotel es una joya en Santiago. Con una edificacion unica y encantadora. Esta ubicado en un barrio muy entretenido, lleno de restaurantes, discotecas y bares. El personal del hotel es super atento y amable, enfocados en complacer a sus huéspedes. Especial atencion a Andres que nos facilito mucha información para que disfrutaramos de una Noche Buena inolvidable. Gracias por todo. Betty y Yorjam"
"We really loved our stay at Luciano K. The hotel has so much charm, and even though it’s in a historic building, everything felt updated, clean, and easy. The room was beautiful, quiet, and very restful with no street noise at all. Our suite was nicely decorated and bright during the day, but we could fully darken the room at night and sleep really well.
The location is excellent. It’s within walking distance of Lastarria and close to Barrio Italia and Bellavista. We walked from the hotel to many of the main sites, including Cerro San Cristóbal, Cerro Santa Lucía, and Plaza de Armas, and used short taxi rides to reach other areas easily. There’s also a beautiful park right across the street, perfect for relaxing, people watching, and enjoying the weather.
The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was also a highlight with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, and a great selection of pastries. All of this at a very reasonable price. We would absolutely stay here again."
"The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing and coffee was strong! Best of all, the location is central in downtown, walking distance to many landmarks. :)"
"The staff did their best to help the guests and keep the hotel clean. It is a small hotel but the rooms were a good size. The entrance seems tight but they make it work."
"Impressed with this reservation and pleased I found it. Easy check-in, updated amenities, well designed layout, excellent location across from the subway, and absolute silence even with outdoor street noise."
"This was a 10/10 stay!! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are SO friendly and attentive. The rooms are so nice and the rooftop pool/restaurant is beautiful. some of the best service I’ve received. "
