"The apartment is right by the beach which is perfect! Upon arrival (12:00) we received a warm welcome. We were taken to the bar since we arrived quite early. They had given us a banana/fruit drink while we waited for our room to be ready. We sat down and enjoyed the ocean view. Approximately at 13:00 we went up to our room. We waited a little bit but we still checked in before the official check-in time so that was great.

"Nice facility and very friendly reception and bar staff however, dim/no lighting especially in bathroom had to use our phone torches, rock solid beds, limited utensils with no soap or sponge to wash up so lack of cleanliness aswell as only changing sheets and towels once during a 7 nights stay.

"Lovely food and plenty of options - easy parking and Malia town was lovely- all inclusive drinks were good quality - can pay extra for more expensive options . It’s was very tidy but room cleaning is sparodic . We had a superior swim up room which was very nice but would choose a room further away from the pool bar next time and we had very noisy neighbours ( not the hotels fault- but couldn’t change rooms so lack of sleep ruined it a little for us) Would definitely go back"
