The house features 2 cosy bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a spacious and bright living room with step-free access, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can easily prepare your favourite meals. Amenities include a TV, washing machine, cot on request, and convenient self check-in.



Outside, you'll find a private garden with both covered and open terrace—perfect for relaxing outdoors, reading, or enjoying the Canary breeze. The private barbecue invites you to share meals in a calm, welcoming setting.



The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk from Costa Calma beach, where you can swim, relax on the sand, or try water sports. For your convenience, parking is available on the property or on the street in front of the house.
