  • Excl. new villa with wonderful panoramic sea views of the Atlantic off Fuerteventura / Costa Calma. The villa is in an excl. Residential area of Costa Calma on an approximately 500m2 plot, with private pool and tropical private garden. It is only a few meters to the sea with its fine sandy beach.
    Equipped with high quality materials that run through the entire villa. Living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub, large terrace directly by the pool. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding area of Costa Calma.
    A parking space is in front of the house. In addition, they have satellite reception for all TV channels. There is a small safe for the safety of the most important things.
    It is only a few minutes to the shops and various restaurants.
