Terrace with furniture and wonderful views. Washer and dryer for common use, in the complex.

The apartment is located on the same floor as the pools and restaurant. Magnificent views of the sea, the beach, the lighthouse and the sun of Jandía, from the terrace.

Notes on accommodation.

The apartments are spacious and bright rooms. The terraces are south facing. The accommodation is suitable for children and the elderly. The apartments are easily accessible by elevator. There are community swimming pools (adult and children) and solarium area, with sun beds, umbrellas. A games room and breakfast and dinner can be taken in the restaurant. There is a 24-hour reception.

Accessibility

There is wheelchair access to the apartments and throughout the complex, as well as outside. The outer pavement with ramps for wheelchairs, strollers, etc.
The route to the beach is flat at the surface level, so even access to the beach is possible by wheelchair.
You can rent a car from the airport or locally to explore the entire island (4x4 recommended!)

Palm Garden has a communal pool and a children's pool with sun loungers and a poolside restaurant. There is a bar and games room.

The lobby has access to the Internet and public telephones.

At street level there is a row of shops, cafes and restaurants, to choose from. Supermarkets and medical centers are also very close.

The fishing village of Morro Jable is about 20 minutes away on foot. The great beach promenade also features an adorable series of restaurants. The local food is fantastic. It has banks, post office and police station, plus a large supermarket and laundry.

Coast / Beach

The (start of) the beach is only a short 100 meters walk from the apartment building. Sun loungers and umbrellas, can be rented at regular intervals along the beaches, where there are also occasional bars on the beach to relax, listen to music, with a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes.

Beach.

The beach is ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing and there are diving schools nearby. Other activities available include fishing, diving, sailing, tennis, golf, boat trips, visits to other islands by boat, bicycle, camel riding, mountain biking, tricycle cycling, cross bike, jet skis, botanical gardens , zoo (the largest and most complete of all the Canary Islands) and walking. Fuerteventura has a very relaxing volcanic landscape.

Distances

Morro Jable is the nearest town. It takes about 20 minutes on foot, along the beach or along the promenade. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or a bus to get there. It is a town with good restaurants along the coast. It has banks, post office and police station, hypermarket (Spar-Padilla), laundry, and much more!

Hervorragende Lage, herrlicher Meerblick. Komfortable und angenehme Wohnung.
Perfekte Lage, am Strand von Jandia, schöne Aussicht auf den Strand von der Terrasse der Wohnung. Der Poolbereich ist ruhig, mit Meerblick und bequemen Sonnenliegen. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel, angenehm und mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen schönen Urlaub benötigen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Alles ordentlich und sauber, sehr zentrale Lage und toller Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Nur die Betten im Wohnzimmer sind für zwei Wochen nicht besonders bequem :-(

El apartamento tiene una ubicación excepcional, la zona de piscinas está muy bien, el apartamento antiguo, pero bien para pasar unos días. Muy bien l relación con la propietaria, nos soluciono algunos problemas bastante rápido. Nos vamos con ganas de más días.

Zentrale Lage mit toller Aussicht
Für uns hat alles gepasst. Das Appartement war sauber. An der Einrichtung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist super, direkt auf die Strandpromenade und das Meer. Am Pool fand man jederzeit freieLiegestühle im Schatten oder an der Sonne. Der Hoteleingang befindet sich direkt an einer überdachten Einkaufs- und Restaurant Passage. Über die Strasse gelangt man an die Strandpromenade und bis ins Meer sind es ca 300 Meter. Vom Appartment ist der Strassenverkehr zu hören, aber für uns nicht störend, da der Verkehr nicht übermässig und auf 40km/h beschränkt ist. Auf Fuerteventura gibt es verschiedene Ferienorte. Jandia hat wohl die besten uns längsten Strände, es hat diverse Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles in angenehmer Gehdistanz. An anderen Ferien-Orten auf Fuerteventura gibt es teilweise fast nur Hotelanlagen ohne grosse Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen oder aus verschiedenen Restaurants auszuwählen, dieser Umstand sollte man in die eigene Ferienplanung miteinbeziehen und sich vorher informieren. Wir würden dieses Appartement wieder wählen für einen Urlaub in Jandia Playa.
