"Splendid hotel with excellent facilities and lovely staff"

"A week at Marriott Ténérife. We usually stay at Hilton properties, but chose this hotel due to the lack of a Hilton in the area. Unfortunately, we could really notice the difference. In terms of the property itself, cleanliness, rooms, and breakfast style, there isn’t much difference. However, where this hotel falls short is in the service—particularly at reception. We are very down-to-earth people, but being pointed at and told, in effect, to “get it yourself” does not feel like good service. That said, there was one standout member of staff—a lady with glasses who checked us in on the first day and kindly provided us with a beach towel. You were absolutely fantastic 👍 Housekeeping was consistently attentive, and the real highlight of our stay was the breakfast team. They work tirelessly every morning, making the experience feel special. Credit also goes to the chefs—you’re amazing too. This may not be our last stay, but unfortunately, it wouldn’t be our first choice next. "

"Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk of the city centre, so great for exploring on foot. Hotel is quiet and opposite a lovely park, rooms are very clean and modern. You are so close to lots breakfast and dinner places so make sure you get out and eat with the locals. Recommend public parking 5mjn walk called Rosalia. Nice lounge area if you want to chill with beer or wine and food. Great hotel and location. "

"There is a nightclub at the very top of this hotel which you need to be aware of and there was no mention of any gym/fitness facilities. The staff were very helpful though and responsive to any concerns/questions. 7/10"
