"This hotel is quite deceptive. Upon arrival, the exterior appears abandoned and neglected. To add on, they don’t serve complimentary breakfast nor much less clean the microwave that is in the lobby. When I requested hot water for tea, they would claim it was hot but still handed it to me without a lid or even a sleeve. How am I supposed to carry this boiling hot cup of water up the elevator without burning myself? And to top it all off, the room is disgusting. It’s filled with dust, rust, and has a very old, worn-out feel. And of course during our stay they claimed they had some sort of fire system issue which required all tenants to evacuate and were not permitted to stay for the night until it was resolved. So of course we consider it a blessing in disguise to be able to rid ourselves of the remaining of our stay. They lack attentiveness, manners, cleanliness, surveillance cameras and will certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This hotel has the most uncomfortable setup I have ever experienced. I was here for an event I was hosting and figured spending the night would be convenient. I was wrong, the first night I got ZERO sleep. There was a constant knocking sound in our room, it was brutal. I felt like I was sleeping in a shipping container. Just not very cozy. "

"The stay at this hotel was okay for the reason that it was needed. It is in better condition than some I have visited in the past. The first room I was given the lock did not work. I was able to switch rooms with little to no effort but I wasn't able to get another Queen size bed like originally booked. The rooms did not have wash clothes, but was not a deal breaker for me. I did arrive to a police presence which was due to another customer who was extremely upset about the room conditions that they receive. I did witness several other customers get double bed rooms because it was all that was left. It is not the worse hotel I have been to. I did give the stay a 3 star because the staff were semi-decent with accommodating my personal issues. Overall I would stay again if I am in the area but it would not be my absolute first choice."

"Our one night stay was pretty smooth. The place was clean and fairly well-kempt if a little outdated. The room was comfortable and everything we used worked well like the a/c, wi-fi and the bed was comfy. The only weird quirk was the breakfast buffet. It was on the rooftop bar/rest which was lovely. I went up there a little after 7am when it was suppose to open. They were still setting up the hot bar there was mostly just fruit and nature valley bars set up. It didn’t matter anyway bc I just wanted coffee and a couple bananas. Then I was asked for a ticket. Ticket? In my welcome one sheet there was no mention of needing a ticket for bfast. The lady was nice and let me go with the coffee and fruit but still. Add to this, the coffee was little better than what I would have made in my room with the k-pods. All in all I’d return but it was just funny. "
