Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Gardens and barbecue area (shared with other properties on-site). Outdoor swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, open and heated May to September). Private car park, allocated for 1 car. No smoking.. Set over three floors, The Cottage is home to an open plan living, kitchen and dining space that makes it easy to spend time together as a group.

Just imagine stepping from the living space and onto the terrace to enjoy a glass of bubbly while the sun sets, or just to check the tide before you gather the family for the next trip to nearby Goodrington Sands. For those days when you’re content to stay close to your home from home, the seasonal outside swimming pool and shared gardens mean you can enjoy time out in style, and there’s a barbecue area for those al fresco evening meals.

The Cottage has been thoughtfully designed with family living in mind, and the three bedrooms make welcome sights after a busy day enjoying Torbay. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room for a little extra privacy, and each one has a warm décor with a chic feel.

Thanks to its setting just moments from Goodrington Sands, Goodrington Lodge is perfect for those of you dreaming of a beachy kind of break. You’ll also find the boating lakes right outside the development, and Splashdown water park just minutes away. Paignton Zoo is just a five minute drive away, and you’ll have the whole of Torbay on your doorstep for those family days out.

Perfect location.

The location is fabulous. Views over a dog friendly park to the sea. It is a short walk to the harbour and a little further is the town of Paignton itself. We can recommend the Round Robin tour to Dartmouth.
