Your home away from home in Hawai’i. Our Hawaiian abode presents an idyllic getaway, nestled near a sun-kissed beach frequented by sea turtles. This single-level corner end unit provides maximum privacy for guests, with no stairs to navigate and no upstairs or downstairs neighbors to disturb your peace. The convenient laundry room is easily accessible, and the area's main attractions, including an active volcano, the world-famous Punalu’u Bake Shop, Ka’u Coffee Mill, South Point Cliffs  and a unique green sand beach, are just a short drive away. A short walk leads to the famous Punalu'u Black Sand Beach, and a fully stocked kitchen caters to your every culinary need.

** Please be advised, the 3rd Tuesday of each month the entire condo complex has pest control with inspections and treatment as necessary in all units.  By booking and staying on this date, your booking acknowledges you will grant access and treatment.

STUDIO UNIT :  1 Queen size bed in bedroom alcove (open to living room--sliding door closure)  There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.  This unit has large vaulted ceilings with no other condo above or below it.  There are only 4 of this type of studio unit in the complex.

KITCHEN:   Microwave, full size refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils

LAUNDRY: Coin & Credit Card Operated washing machines and dryers on-site, but not inside the unit.

ENTERTAINMENT:  Flat screen TV, satellite/cable connection with TV channels, Unit designated FREE INTERNET Wi-Fi connection

DINING:  Indoor & outdoor tables and chairs

LANAI:  Lanai with seating area and Umbrella

POOL / HOT TUB:  Pool Area has little Koi point with waterfalls, coastal, ocean & golf course views, gas grills, tables & chairs, lounge chairs.

ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES:  PUNALU'U BLACK SAND BEACH is just a short walk or drive away to see the Green Sea Turtles basking on the beach in the warm sun.  Hiking, mountain biking, diving/snorkeling, kayaking, bird watching, photographing, scenic drives, shopping, sightseeing, museums, restaurants and Volcano National Park are just a short drive away.

Black Sands Beach

It was great! Only thing that we didn't pay attention to, was that it was not air conditioned and it did get warm. There were fans, but it took a while to cool off at night, so if arriving late, the condo may be hot and may take a while to cool down. Everything was great and property manager was quick to help or answer questions. The location to the beach was nice too!

Property was as described. We are from Kona and had a funeral to attended in Naalehu so it was easier for us to stay out there instead drive all the way back to Kona. Room had everything we needed. Only thing i recommend is getting better fans. It gets hot in the room at night while you trying to sleep.
