"DO NOT PICK THIS CONDO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't review the condition of this property, because we were never allowed to stay here, even though we booked the condo, and received a confirmation. The management company texted, and notified us that the owner had canceled our reservation! SUPER frustrating, because we then had to try and find a new place just a few days before spring break. Almost everything was booked, but luckily, we were able to find ONE two-bedroom location still available. Ridiculous!!! Getting someone on the phone for a conversation was laughable. They finally responded to me via text, but didn't answer any of my questions. Their only concern was if I wanted to accept their offer of two one-bedroom condos in possibly two different locations. Again....ridiculous!!! The only good thing from this, is that they refunded us the entire amount without issue. So, thanks for that, but this whole thing was a complete headache. Read the other reviews, as this is not the first time that this has happened. "

"Overall our stay was enjoyable, I loved the setup of the room and the aesthetic. The checkin process was a bit awkward. I got two texts with checkin info with different codes. I read the checkin text to say we could message for requests during our stay. We were short on towels and messaged but no response, not a big deal we found towels at the spa. Last thing is just that only one of the hot tubs were open, it would have been nice to have the second as there was another group there when we arrived. Wine opener is needed in kitchen supplies. "

"Great location and clean rooms! The hotel advertises a hot tub, but it’s busy every night and it has to be signed up to use. It’s not something I would count on. We stayed a week and the breakfast is the same every day. (Toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit and waffles) We would have loved a yogurt option and more protein, but definitely thankful for breakfast. "
