Room was not a suite as defined by every other hotel I've stayed in, no hot breakfast available, room smelled of an unpleasant air freshener and the outlets did not have USB ports for charging. I love Holiday Inn Express but this hotel does not live up to IHGs standards.

Deceiving representation on website regarding hot breakfast and pool. There is NO hot breakfast available, and the pool is closed. Price adjustment required to compensate for the abcence of advertised amenities. However, the management didn’t offer any compensation even after I requested it. The front staff said “ It’s unfortunate that we have no hot breakfast, and the pool is closed” Also, the towels are The dollar store quality and size, not the hotel quality. This hotel is disgrace for the reputable Holiday Inn hotel chain.

This property is clean except the carpet. It need to be wash up. But the beds are cleaned and fresh. It has a decent breakfast and freshly serve too.

Everything about this stay went well. The hotel was very clean, large, modern, and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

On checkin we we're told only 2 rooms left, when more than half the parking lot was empty. We made 3 phone calls to the front desk regarding the noise from the room above. Nothing was done and it lasted over 3 hours until a new worker came in and said she could move us to the 3rd floor. We were so upset because we we're told on arrival no rooms we're available on the top floor.

3 Night Stay
It was a very pleasant stay. Room is big and beds are comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast are really good and have lots of selection. Overall highly recommended. 👍👍👍

The hotel held up to its name and standard- clean and good service. It is convenient to all places we were visiting. Good breakfast and 24 hrs coffee. Our room was cleaned daily, friendly and accommodating staff. Dining area was under renovation.

The breakfast area was too small. The food quantities were very small. I had to go to the kitchen 2 times in 15 mins to tell them, that the coffee was over and the omlettes were over. Thats cheap.
