Our bright and clean home features zen-like decore and colorful touches, bringing the outside into your living room with an indoor plant feature and vibrant colors to remind you of the Arizona countryside. We are extremely kid-friendly with cups, tables, games, and more!

HOUSE RULES:
1. No smoking or vaping on the property.
2. No Extra guests fee, please message us with the total number for insurance purposes.
3. Guests should follow all fire precautions with children and the use of the firepit.
4. All adults on the property (age 25+) should be sent to the hosts with names and email addresses to agree to house rules with written consent.
5. Guests agree to the cancellation policy and are encouraged to get travel insurance if they feel last-minute changes might occur.
6. Guests agree to not flush any feminine products into the toilet (at guests' cost if these items are found).
7. Guests agree to clean the grill after use.

The house is really nice and clean. Very comfortable and has all what you need for a stay with family or friends. We enjoyed the fire pit and the back yard. Very close to Antílope Canyon and Horseshoe bend. We recommend staying here.

I’ve rented 4 different house in the Page area for our family trips to Lake Powell. This house is by far the best. Spacious living area and rooms with king size beds. Plenty of extra bathroom and beach towels. Patio and fire pit area were a plus. Definitely booking this house again.

Clean & convenient stay in Page. Very responsive property manager. Location was great - close to restaurants and shopping in Page. Spent the week at the Lake having fun and was able to come back to this quiet and comfortable house each evening.

Spent a long weekend over the Thanksgiving holiday with our friends. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Overall, happy with the house, plenty of room to spread out. It was too cold to enjoy the back patio and yard.

The house is cute and spacious. I appreciate the cleanliness. The backyard has a really nice set up. It is a great place to enjoy breakfast in the shade. They have fun backyard games.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Towels and linens were great quality. It is located close to restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was very quiet. We are planning another trip to Page later this year and hope this house will be available once we have our dates. A visitor notebook would be a great addition, I have seen them in other cities we have stayed, and it is great to hear what other found to do in the area.

We were traveling with our four college kids and had been hiking every day before coming to this home. It was perfect for having a relaxing evening and eating pizza with some friends who were camping but couldn’t cook over a campfire because it was raining! There was plenty of room!! The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our time there! Would highly recommend!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The host really thought everything through to ensure we felt at home. The whole house was clean and I loved that there was not a lot going on. As in it was not cluttered. It was simple, clean and It was just what we needed. I love clutter free spaces. The house is closely located to all of the fun things to do in Page and close to some amazing restaurants as well. We did go to Wal-Mart to purchase groceries during our stay and that was only 9 minutes from the house. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean, very comfortable and close to Lake Powell and Antelope canyon. The home is handicapped accessible if you use a walker there is one small step from foyer to living room or bring small ramp , need to use walker through bedroom doors. The backyard had big fenced in area. Badrinath was great to work with made our short stay so nice. I would definitely rebook.

Great house for a smaller group. We had three of our or older children, a friend, two three year olds and a baby. All had their own beds. they had a pack and play at the house. The three year olds thought the trundle beds were amazing. Nice clean space. Was able to bring our dog with us as well. Great driveway, with room for our boat. Nice neighborhood, i was not concerned about the boat, and l leaving things in the boat while we were there. Close accommodation to the restaurants and stores that we usually hit while we are in Page.

The most comfortable beds! I am rarely comfortable sleeping on a bed that isn’t mine. These may even be better than mine, and my kids agreed. I thought one of the rooms would have 3 single beds but the kids claimed their rooms so fast and they were happy so I didn’t even bother looking for it. The bidet was a nice feature. The outside area was very nice, but it was just too hot during our stay to really enjoy it. There was plenty of space for my family of 7 (including a few moody teenagers) for everyone to enjoy. I also thought the idea of pantry sharing was very clever. So many trips we end up throwing away unopened items, but here they pass it on for others to enjoy.
