"on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling."

Uninterrupted spectacular views over the Camel Estuary and ocean.

10/10 Excellent

"What a beautiful home! Plenty of parking for our 3 cars. The views of the estuary are amazing, watching the different boats was great. There was plenty of garden furniture for us all and a great enclosed garden for our Grandson to play in, he loved the seagull who visited who we named Stephen. we were a family of 6 over 3 generations and there was plenty of room for us. It was so well equipped, especially the kitchen. The cupboard of games was brilliant and we had such fun playing them on the evenings we stayed in. A great selection of books to read especially the childrens books. Padstow harbour is only a 10 minute walk, with so many places to eat and drink. We also caught the ferry across to Rock, which had a lovely beach. The Camel trail is just at the end of the road, a lovely walk or you can hire bikes. There is a Tesco just 3 minutes drive away, it does get busy, so best to go in the morning. We had a fantastic week with fantastic weather. Cannot fault your beautiful home. Would highly recommend this home."

"Beach Lodge was an amazing place to stay.Plenty of space for 5 people both indoors and outside. Lots of books and toys available for children. Kitchen well equipped and clean. Extremely thoughtful welcome package on arrival.Location was perfect. Nestled down a quiet lane with a short walk and easy access to the beach and food/bars and restaurants meant it the ideal place to stay for familes.I would recommend a stay here!"

"Great for large families, enough room for 3 cars, 4 at a pinch. Beach on doorstep is perfect for young children and dogs (we have no dogs, they didn't bother us). Small store in car park is useful, larger store at Constantine bay."

"What can I say apart from fantastic! Really good communication from Pete before the stay. Everything clearly explained and some useful pointers for the trip. House was beautiful, recently renovated and really comfortable for a family of 6, which included 3 adult children. Everything you need for a holiday. Great location. We know the area well, but have never stayed in Trevone before. We are definitely returning. So happy. Thank you Pete "
