"The property is beautiful, the views amazing. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Stayed in the family suite, which everyone thought was well designed with 2 twins in loft, and a third twin behind a half wall separating it from the King. It was quite hot when we were there and unfortunately the rolling AC wasn’t quite enough to make the room comfortable during the day, but with windows open at night it cooled down somewhat. "

"We had a nice time. The hotel is very beautiful and located very close to nice hiking trails and the pretty stone bridges in the area. The room was also very nice but the beds are VERY firm, so if you need a soft bed to sleep comfortably it might be a problem. The type of service and food just doesn't match up with this being a 4-star hotel. Some of the negative reviews elsewhere could probably be helped by guests having a more realistic idea of what to expect by adjusting this listing, this is...
