Villa Diana is a splendid detached villa with a private pool and garden.

The villa is spread over two floors, connected by an internal staircase, and consists of a kitchen with dining table, large living room, four bedrooms (two with double beds and two with single beds), a utility room with two further single beds, and four bathrooms.

The bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning. The first set of bed linen and towels is provided.



The Space:

Villa Diana is a stunning traditional country manor, surrounding by fields in total privacy. It is next door to the Arzaga Golf club, and 5km from Lake Garda and the nearest beaches. The villa grounds are large and beautifully kept, with a private pool furnished with loungers an umbrellas and wonderful outdoor relax areas, including a gazebo with dining table



The Villa combines traditional italian structures (like wooden ceilings, brick and stone walls, terracotta tiles) with modern and comfortable furnishings and fittings and is a perfect location for a relaxing holiday for groups of family and friends.



Kitchen: Classic kitchen with cooking island and dining area, fully equipped with all modern appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc), completed with a dining table.



Dining/Lounge: bright and spacious open-plan lounge area located on the first floor with beautiful beamed ceilings. Furnished with sofas and an extendable dining table, it also features a panoramic window overlooking the inner courtyard.



Bedrooms: four bedrooms and a service room with two extra beds.



Bathrooms: four bathrooms: one ensuite to the master bedroom with large sit in shower with double sink, three bathrooms, two of them with shower and one with bath tub and a utility room with laundry facilities.



Outdoor Dining/Lounge: There is a very large portico, with table, barbecue, as well a lounge area with couches. By the pool there is an enormous gazebo dining table and sun loungers at the pools edge.



Pool: large swimming pool (13mx4m), fully furnished with deck chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas.



Garden: 2500sqm garden with olive trees, cypress trees and flowering shrubs. Completely fenced, for children and pets security.



Media: TV in the lounge with HDMI and USB connections. astra satellite connection. Television in the kitchen and in the master bedroom with satellite channels

Wifi included.



Air Conditioning in three bedrooms as well as the lounge.



Games equipment: There is a ping pong table by the courtyard.

These are just some of the easily accessible locations around Lake Garda.
