Pratello stylish - Holiday Home

Inserted in the characteristic ancient village of Pratello, this independent house was renovated in 2024 with fine and well-harmonized finishes and furnishings. Completely independent, it guarantees privacy and relaxation in a very particular historical setting, which will leave you enchanted.



The house consists of a welcoming living area on the ground floor, with a large convivial kitchen with dining table and a living room with large sofa for relaxing evenings. Outside we find a patio with a wooden terrace topped by a pergola, a small well-kept garden and an area available for three cars.

On the first floor we have three welcoming double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and two with a shared bathroom. In the attic there is a functional double workstation for smartworking.



Right outside the house gate there is one of the best farmhouses in the area, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The town can be reached in about ten minutes on foot via a picturesque route through alleys and streets (ideal for lovers of walking, less so for the elderly and children).

Padenghe is perfectly located for visiting Lake Garda from north to south, but with all services and conveniences close at hand.



Our guests will be able to use the house, the garden and the free parking inside the property. Outdoor tables and chairs and deckchairs will be available for relaxing days and fun evenings outdoors.
