I didnt stop for breakfast

While our room, number 7, was well equipped, it looked out onto a close wall so that in wintertime there was no sun, meaning the room was freezing and dark. Although there was a wall panel heater it was in no way sufficient, so for our second night we asked for and received another heater which alleviated the situation. Other than the kitchen the room had been fully refurbished and would have been very nice had it been in a different part of the motel.

We had a lovely stay at Palazzo Motel. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and well organised. Great spa bath. It was nice not to have to ask for fresh towels, they were replaced when the until was cleaned for us. Definitely 10/10. Thank you :)
