"We had a lovely time at this cottage. Our dog enjoyed her stay too. Cute Maine cottage. Could use a little updating, but clean and convenient to all that Orrs and Bailey islands have to offer. Will definitely stay again. Called the property managers on a few questions and they are extremely accommodating and friendly. Thank you for such a beautiful stay."

"We had a great stay at Augustus Cottage. Cheri’s communication was excellent, and the homeowners next door were kind and welcoming. The cottage was exactly as advertised – very clean, neat, comfortable, and well appointed with new appliances and a smart TV. Everything worked perfectly.The location was fantastic. Nice neighborhood, and the small beach at Lowell’s Cove, just a short walk down the road, was perfect for exploring at low tide. There’s also a small hiking area with another beach right across the street – both were great to enjoy before heading out on our daily activities. From the cottage, it’s easy to explore Orr’s and Bailey Islands or quickly get into Brunswick. So much to do. Note that if you have two vehicles (or even a visitor) things could get a bit complicated, as there is truly only space for 1 vehicle. However, for a small family with one vehicle, this was perfect.Overall, we loved our stay and would happily return to this cottage!"

"We had the most incredible family vacation at the little house. Our three toddlers all cried when we had to say goodbye and are already asking to come back. So close to the water you almost feel like you’re floating when you wake up and the sunrise is amazing! The house has everything you need to cook, grill or prep seafood from one of the local markets. The location is ideal, quick zip to bailey or out to harpswell. The town is quaint and mellow but so much beauty and nature to explore. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back!"

"We were more than happy with the location! It was our favorite part of the day, as we sat every morning and evening on that lovely porch. Cottage was spotless and very comfortable and the owners a delight to work with. The cove beach at the end of the street was a favorite for both four leggeds and two leggeds as was the walk over the bridge for scones at Salt Cod Cafe."
