"We stayed at Riu Plaza Panamá for 3 days and honestly could have stayed longer. The location was perfect for us, very central to everything, and we even walked to the Cinta Costera in about 20 minutes to enjoy the views and get our steps in after eating entirely too much at breakfast every morning. 😂
Speaking of breakfast, the buffet alone deserves its own review. The room rate included an expansive breakfast buffet with so many options that I started thinking about breakfast before going to bed each night. Fresh fruit, pastries, hot food, coffee, juices, you name it. For lunch or dinner, we also enjoyed the outdoor restaurant near the pool.
The pool area had a really nice atmosphere, relaxing but still lively enough to feel like a vacation. We also appreciated having different dining options, including a more upscale restaurant and a 24 hour café that was very convenient for coffee, snacks, or a late night bite.
The staff was pleasant, the hotel was clean, and the overall experience was easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Panama City."
