"The hotel is very convenient to the airport if you need a place to stay before or after a flight. The shuttle was efficient. Checking in and out was easy. The room could use an update- it’s a little dated. It could use more convenient charging stations for phones and devices. The bathtub drain plug wasn’t working. Breakfast was over priced."

"The hotel lobby decor is outstanding. The seating area is beautiful. We had a ferry building and bay bridge close up view room on the 14th floor - we are local to the Bay area and had never seen views like that from a room before. Outstanding. Room was very comfortable. The only area for improvement, if there was one is the slow pace of the lift service. Other than that, it was a memorable stay."
