"The Loews on Hollywood and highland has been my go to spot for the last 16 years. Its close to Burbank airport (where I fly in) and central to all the business I need to do in town. The staff are great and the amenities are perfect."

"The evening staff was very helpful but my key would not open my assigned room. Someone was in the room when staff went with me to check out the problem. Then they assigned a new room and key and that did not work too. The staff was apologetic but it was annoying."

"The hotel lobby decor is outstanding. The seating area is beautiful. We had a ferry building and bay bridge close up view room on the 14th floor - we are local to the Bay area and had never seen views like that from a room before. Outstanding. Room was very comfortable. The only area for improvement, if there was one is the slow pace of the lift service. Other than that, it was a memorable stay."
