"The DoubleTree was incredibly convenient and close to the airport, making it a very practical choice for our travels. The hotel itself is quite large, which is great for amenities, but it is worth noting for future guests that a late-night check-in might mean you get assigned a room at the absolute far end of the property. After a long day of travel, walking to the room felt like quite a hike. Our main frustration happened when we checked in at midnight. We were hoping to quickly grab some refreshments, but unfortunately, the ice machines and vending machines on our floor were not working, making it very difficult to feed my family before putting everyone to bed. Overall, it's a comfortable and highly convenient location, but if you are arriving late, I'd highly recommend grabbing a few snacks and drinks at the airport before you head to the hotel!"

"Really outdated hotel. Room 3951 is just awful. Carpet is tearing, door trims are chipped, wallpaper is ripped and falling, bathroom tub is rusty. I did not feel clean. My partner and I were severely disappointed. The hotel needs a major renovation. I personally, will not be a repeat customer of Hyatt in Waikiki."

"I was excited to stay here because it seemed super family friendly, really close to Disney which was the purpose of our trip and seemed super convenient. As soon as we got to are room is when the issues started. The cleanliness was terrible. The comforters had blood stains on them along with the bed frame. There was hair in the bathroom and gum underneath the table. I requested to have it recleaned and mentioned all the things I noticed. When we got back from dinner, the room seemed untouched. Only the bedding was changed. We requested to have room switch that we ended up waiting for 30 minutes for them to open a new room for us. And when the crib was finally delivered at 9:30pm, after almost 2 hours of requesting, room service knocked and woke the kids up after we clearly told them not to knock. Over all, it was one thing after another that made us very unhappy. Then even the restaurant “poppy’s” that is on property ripped us off as well. Let’s just say we will never be staying there again."
