"I think this hotel was highly overrated with the reviews. Disappointed at the upkeep of the rooms, not as clean as hoped for. Room overall is tiny. Some staff members helpful others zero customer service. Would not return. "

"Thank you to the team at Hilton for making my two night stay so fantastic. I love planes and my 12th floor room provided a magnificent view as they approached the runways. The spa was a welcome treat, as was the pool. Very handy to the Metro station, basically a cheap gateway to LA within metres of the hotel. Will highly recommend to all my friends in New Zealand."

"ECentral offers a limited breakfast menu for a fee. The quality of the food was below average. Additionally there was no access to a microwave. I bought food from an outside source and asked the breakfast attendant if she would warm it in their microwave. She told me it was against the hotels rules. I think at the high prices charged by E Central the least they could do is provide a microwave to their guests."
