"Rooms could use a lot of updating... almost thought we were sharing our room with the two adjacent rooms as we could hear EVERYTHING clearly as if they were in the room with us.... TP roll is way off to the left side of the toilet, so it's literally a stretch to tear off the tissue... sink hose was totally wrapped and kinked underneath the sink, so there was no cold water, had to have the hubs fix it.
TV guide showed a variety of things, but when you clicked on something to watch, it was something else (the guide was not accurate)
Phone didn't work so calling the front desk for something was done on my personal phone.
The fridge was adequate for small amounts of stuff, closet was adequate for storage. The bed was comfy (if you like a firm mattress), and room temp remained stable and good. Didn't have to use the HVAC ..
The valet and staff were very nice and helpful, friendly. The hotel is VERY close to Wharf shopping and restaurants, as well as in-town restaurants and shopping. Very close to Pebble Beach Golf courses and others.
Overall review:
Clean, comfortable, and convenient. The price was a bit high for the above-mentioned issues. But we will stay again, and ask for a quieter zone."
