"As a non-local annual pass (Magic Key) holder, I try to get to the Disneyland parks on at least a quarterly basis. I'm a big fan of the Del Sol Inn because of the people who work there. Every employee interaction I've had-- from the front desk to housekeeping to valet-- has been extremely friendly, kind, caring and professional. Plus I'm always a sucker for a towel origami animals. This is the place to stay if you don't care about 'aesthetics' and are planning on being in the parks for most of the day. The rooms are a bit dated decor-wise, but wonderful if you're looking for a clean / convenient place to rest/ relax and shower after your Disney day. The location can't be beat--you literally cross the street and you're at the security gates into the esplanade. This works out great if you're a 'rope dropper' and want to take a mid-day siesta to get out of the heat and recharge. It's also a god-send on your feet when walking back at the end of a long trip. The toiletries smell nice, amenities are basic, water pressure / heat excellent, and the air conditioning is artic cold. Overall, if you want a clean, convenient, budget-friendly, no frills place to stay that's independently owned and staffed by some of the nicest people, then this is your place. "

"Room was a good size, the AC worked well, decent view, quiet, comfy bed. I wish hotels would ramp up coffee creamer selection in the room. Most are very blah. Overall a very nice hotel located well. Bellhop held on to our luggage and was extremely helpful. All other staff was as well. "

"This place was perfect for the night before an early AM flight. Located right next to LAX (we could see the runways and planes taking off/landing) it was surprisingly quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room itself was a but dated, and the bathroom a little old, but it was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Room service was quick and thefl food was tasty. Shuttle service was prompt and easy to navigate. Would definitely stay here again."

"Please suggest the property to add some gates on the property premises for people who smoke near by. The whole property is not smoke free. People smoke on the premises !! Not cool. Since, this property is kids friendly and very busy. Will appreciate more signs and awareness for smoke free areas. "
