The breakfast is okay but not a lot of variety. we upgraded our room & got the ocean view but there were buildings blocking a lot of our view! The staff are very nice. Overall it’s a very mediocre hotel but very clean."

"The room was overall clean, the panel above the bathroom door fell a bit my kid got trapped in. My door had to serviced since it couldn’t read the room card. Staff Mae was not very friendly. I was pretty excited about this place but after this first stay I don’t think I’m returning. "

"Property boasted a waterslide…only open from 2-5pm….check in is at 4 and check out at 11 so would need to do some planning before or after check out in order to use amenities. Pools are smaller than what would expect for a resort boasting 22acres, it’s mostly storefronts. The grounds are pretty, what anyone would want for a Hawaiian retreat, but I was surprised to see the chipped paint, rusty utilities, and stale smelly pool undergoing remodel. My family is a default Hilton customer but our room did not look like it belonged to the Hilton brand and so unfortunately we won’t be staying here again."
