"Property was great but there was to much construction going on and limited access to the property, also it looked like there was construction in one of the areas of the hotel, it was in plain view and did not look appealing, Overall stay was great and staff was great. "

"From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s modern yet cozy atmosphere. The staff were fantastic, but a special shoutout goes to the doorman—he was truly 10/10. Every time we came back, he greeted us with the warmest welcome and made us feel right at home. If you’re staying here, you’ll be perfectly situated to explore some of Guadalajara’s best spots. We highly recommend brunch at Neretta (don’t miss the affogato) and a visit to Bruna for dinner. Bruna’s creative drinks and delicious entradas were honestly some of the highlights of our trip—perfect for a special night out. Between the amazing service, comfortable rooms, and prime location near so many great restaurants, we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!"
