Third time here and as always very nice, super clean, incredibly nice and helpful staff. Close to the Central de Autobuses, good dining options nearby, this hotel is our favorite in Pachuca!

El Hotel es un poco viejo y el desayuno incluido no es bufet es solo huevos al gusto o chilaquiles. Tienes que pagar un extra de casi 200 peros para el Bufet .

El internet pésimo en las habitaciones, para escribir está reseña tuve que utilizar mis propios datos , no tienen un router cerca para subir contenido, tuve la mala experiencia que mi habitación presentó una fuga de agua 💧 aunque cabe recalcar que me trasladaron a una nueva habitación con la solución del problema a la brevedad .personal amable y resolutivo.

Esta bien ! Solo que se ve descuidado, como antiguo, el servicio fue amable, por alguna razon escuchas las conversaciones de los demás huéspedes y eso no deja descansar, y bueno ojalá y los horarios en la alberca y la salida fueran un poquito más largos 🙏🙏🙏 a veces solo vamos por trabajo y prácticamente llegamos solo a dormir no disfrutamos del hotel . Y bueno la zona alrededor no es tan bonita pero es céntrico ! Si lo recomiendo!
