The house is located 150 m from the sea. In front of the house only pines and dunes. There is a large outdoor wooden terrace to stay. It is an ideal place for those who love solitude and nature, listening to cicadas at night and being silent. The seabed is quite low for the first 30 m, ideal for even very small children. The wind, often present, makes surfers love this place. In this house silence is always welcome. The property of the Tancredi house is 2300 sq m and extends to the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct
