Photos were much better than the hotel. A bit run down but considering the clientele, it makes sense. The staff were very professional when a group of boys came and started being loud and disrespectful to the staff. The hotel is Very close to platinum mall. Tea coffee water available free of charge. Toothbrush was not offered. Breakfast mostly catered for certain clientele but overall okay.

Everything was perfect!
Room was stunning, staff was great - it’s the best breakfast in Bangkok!
We have stayed 2 times now and have treated my parents to a stay!
This is going to become a yearly staple in our travel plans because it is so amazing!

Great value for money. Everyone happy and looking after you. New, modern, clean, well designed. Near to new modern shopping mall, Central. One of the street vendors on the other side of 7/11 sold me a wonderful mixed seafood for 80 Baht. Worth a revisit.

Everything about this place is fantastic. Near the mall and near all historic sites. Professional staff. Room clean and the view is fantastic. Small issues, the AC on the 10th floor do not get as cold as fast as other hotels I stayed at. But not a big deal. Definitely will come back.

The ground floor room with a river view was nice. The terrace furniture was a bit dirty and many ants so didn’t sit outside much.
