The main reason I chose it was the convenient location, and it did not disappoint. Having a shopping mall directly attached to the hotel is a huge advantage. The mall is large enough to be lively and well-stocked, but not so large that it feels overcrowded or chaotic. What truly stood out, however, was the breakfast buffet staff. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuinely positive attitude completely changed how I experienced the hotel. Every single staff member I interacted with was smiling, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work. It wasn’t just one person — it was all of them. Because of them, this stay felt noticeably different from other hotels I’ve stayed at. When I think of this hotel now, I immediately think of that team and their energy. "The whole placr was clean and well kept. Great firm bed. The airconditioner gets cold really well. I really like the cold and hot purified water dispenser in every floor. It helps prevent using too much plastic and I appreciate that. The best part is that it is connected to Gateway Mall 2 which has a lot of restaurants that you can try. The Le Bistro got one of the best tasting croissants I’ve had. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back."
