The room have the most comfortable bed and pillows I had compared to other hotels I stayed. Selection of meals in their breakfast buffet was more than sufficient. The quality of care the staff endowed in their meal preparation is very evident. The overall facility is clean and operated by absolute professionals. I will certainly return and stay there.

Buffet breakfast was okay, not much choices but hearty enough to fill one up for the day. Hotel was just 2 blocks away from the newly renovated Greenhills mall. Staff were polite. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. TV remote battery died. Phoned front desk for replacement but I had to call again the next morning before it was replaced. No TV overnight, very limited channels btw. Only local channels and CNN. No Netflix and YouTube. The water pressure was really really weak, taking a shower was a challenge.Also, the toilet bowl was filthy inside and gave off bad smell.

A place designed and run by skilled professionals

Room has space, storage. The place is silent. Nice view. Nothing broken. Closed window, ventilation through bathroom, noisy but efficient.

I love Summit Hotel. The staff topped my rating- they were all absolutely great and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. My junior suite was nice and big. The cafe had delicious food. Lastly the hotel was close to the shopping area and the Catholic church. It also was not pricey. I rate it 10!

Great Location

location was excellent, close proximity to places i need… Greenhills Shops Fast Foods Restaurants Camp Aguinaldo Sm Megamall. Check-in was a little slow but got there in the end. Room was clean and staff were helpful. East to flag a taxi too along Annapolis Street. Definitely recommended.

Should read all reviews before booking stay

Food and makeup stains on bedsheets from previous guest. Food stains on walls and tabletops. Always found a cockroach on the floor everyday of my stay, when i call reception to makeup my room the housekeeping took hours to finally come to my room, i always had to follow up on my request. There is a disgusting sewage smell from the bathroom that came into the room at about 2 or 3 in the morning every night. The staff are nice but i would never stay in this hotel ever again. My room was above the pool and i woke up to screaming every morning like something bad was happening to that person. Staff didn’t regulate noise control because apart from the screaming there were loud slamming of guest doors too.

STAFF ARE EXCELLENT IN REPRESENTING THE PREMISES SO ITS A SHAME THE PROPERTY ITSELF LETS EVERYBODY DOWN. PROPERTY IS OUTDATED, TERRIBLE MOULDY SMELLS IN ROOMS, PHOTOS WERE OBVIOUSLY TAKEN WHEN HOTEL WAS RENOVATED OR REFURBISHED BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT AN ACCURATE DESCRIPTION. WILL SAY AGAIN STAFF WERE ALL ROUND EXCELLENT.
