"The only thing I didn't like was the elevator not properly working yesterday."

"Check in was great. The room was so nice, neat and clean. My complaints? Not enough pillows for four people. The shower pressure wasn't the best. Oh and can fans be put in the bathroom? Otherwise, this was a great and most wonderful stay! Breakfast was delicious! Thank you"

"PROS-Property was quiet and safe feom the experience we had. The staff was polite and helpful. We had an issue with our A/C not working the first night in our room and we had reservations for two nights so the staff offered to switch us to another room without any issues. The second room was cleaner, seemed slightly larger, and the A/C worked great. The free breakfast is a plus and was decent. I definitely recommend the grits! The grits were surprisingly delicious and cooked perfectly. Coffee was complimentary and actually very tasty. CONS- Property is very, very old and outdated. We're talking gold, old, stained wallpaper and old wooden furniture. No laundry room, dingy gym, and really no other amenities. For what they charge compared to other local properties, I would say it wasn't worth the price, but if you're looking for a quiet place to rest and not picky about aesthetics, then it's an ok property."

"The first evening going into room was ok. The next 2 days ask for cleanup didn’t get it.Did request Thursday and Friday was told was on the list and when came back in evening time it wasn’t done. No towels no trash change was told again last night would be today (check out day). When spoke to someone tdy I was asked why I didn’t say something before I did inform her I did. Also there was snacks,food,personal stuff in one of the drawers which I didn’t notice because don’t use. I was question on that also why I waited 3 days. The breakfast was kind of ok 1 day but you may have better service at homeless shelter. I did get 1 day credited back to me and was told again it will be clean today. Which again I was leaving tdy"

"Hotel staff is exceptional across the board. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was properly stocked. Unfortunately, only 2 out of 6 of the dryers work, and the elevator has been out of order for approximately one week. Although these issues are out of the control of the hotel staff, they are very apologetic to the guests."
