"The lady who checked us in was excellent. Our room was on the 3rd floor. When I explained that my wife has trouble climbing stairs she got us a first floor room ."

"There were insects all over the room. I think they were roaches, newly hatched. By the time we got back to the room it was late before we noticed the infestation. I let front desk and housekeeping know. I think they should reimburse us for the room. "

In the second one, the toilet paper holder was almost pulled off the wall and the bathtub looked like someone had taken a mud bath in it. Apparently, this location is used by construction crews and has been trashed."
