"Hotel is located right on the fjord with amazing views of the fjord and glacier. The room was quite adequate for our stay, had a patio door to the outside which was nice. The breakfast was very nice with good selection. A disappointment was being asked to pay for an extra pillow for my daughter who had broken her collar bone and needed some additional support while sleeping. The area is absolutely gorgeous and idyllic. "
"Delightful stay at the Ullensvang Hotel—an oasis of beauty and tranquility! The fjord is unbelievably stunning and the property is both pristine and elegant. So many beautiful rooms throughout the property where you can sit with friends or quietly by yourself reading a book. Very thoughtful design that is highly grounded in historical context. The food was terrific as well. Stayed an entire week and didn’t want to leave. The town has a lot to offer-hiking, bakery, bistro, pizza restaurant with...
"This is a unique property! A bit 'out of the way' but is serene and with great views because of it. Still, it is not far at all from the centre of the small town. It is sort of a converted farm with some rooms in each of three buildings one of which has reception and the restaurant.
At first approach one might think, oh my, what have I booked! Is this some old run down property? But then when you see what it really is one might think the opposite - that it is like some very high end lodge....

"The hotel is in the perfect location. It was across from the water and a beautiful porch to sit outside we stayed here one night on our way to Bergen from Oslo"
"It’s an apartment, there’s no body for check in or check out ,you had to find key box by your self. Shower room is very narrow, you can’t take a shower easily."
"The staff was GREAT! They made us feel at home and were very friendly. The rooms were neat and clean. We were located close to the Steinsdalfossen and a bit further to the Voringsfossen. The Trolltunga is accessable too; you just need to be prepared for a 20 km hike. Oh, and the breakfast rocks!"
