The property and almost all the personnel were amazing! The people at the front desk were fantastic! Only one waiter was extremely rude, without explaining the menu to us, after we ordered and got our food at the table, we called him to ask about the breakfast package and he categorically said to us that he wasn’t going to change the order just because I didn’t know what the breakfast package included. I was so mad that I didn’t want to leave a tip but my wife asked me to leave something. However, his actions were enough for us to not go back to their restaurant. Leaving a bad review just because of one person may not be fair to everyone else but, he disservice us so bad that I would never go back there ever again.

Amazing Property amazing rooms

Un lugar fenomenal, mágico y espiritual ! El personal muy amables, la atención fue extraordinaria inolvidable. Sin duda alguna deseamos visitar pronto nuevamente ese hermoso lugar con su gente atentos cordiales.

El Fiesta Americana Mérida es un hotel que necesita una remodelación total y completa. Las instalaciones muestran ya un desgaste evidente que no corresponde con la categoría que pretende representar. El servicio del personal es muy amable, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar, pero sinceramente no alcanza a complementar la falta de mantenimiento del hotel.

Hotel muy bonito, limpio y muy cerca del centro. El único inconveniente fue esperar 45 minutos para que nos entregaran la habitación, aún llegando después de la hora de check-in
